London Heathrow standards fall below European Airports

A spokesman for British Airways has declared that standards at London Heathrow airport are having a bad influence on the UK economy and its image abroad, and are lagging behind its European counterparts.
This comes shortly after another major airline, who operates flights to London Heathrow has commented that the airport has become shoddy and under maintained and is the worst in Europe.
After the embarrassing Terminal 5 opening at London Heathrow, British Airways has confirmed that it will not transfer its long-haul operations to the new terminal for another 6 months.
