Published: 30/05/08

KLM Royal Dutch has just started a new airline service that aims to increase customer loyalty amongst its African customers. The announcement about KLMs Club Africa service was made in Accra on Monday during the airlines 47th anniversary celebration. KLM hopes the new service is going to help each customer to make and keep contacts in Africa a lot easier. The Club Africa service allows all of KLMs customers to not only meet new clients, but allow them to interact and share ideas with each other.

The virtual online community that will be hosted purely online will allow the customer to log on to the system and gain exclusive access to a number of different tools. The online platform allows users to create their own business networks as well as sharing business ideas and social activities.

The creators and founders are hoping the new online system will grow into a primary tool in helping users conduct business in Africa. It is also hoped that the system will help the Ghanaians to further increase the flight range. Currently the country has flights to Boston, New York, Houston and many other cities around the world.
