Cathay Pacific Airways increases their capacity to India

The Hong Kong based airline that is Cathay Pacific Airways have plans to increase their aviation capacity for flights between Hong Kong and India. The increase in flights to Delhi , India will start 31st March 2008 and they will be increased to one daily flight to two daily flights.

The other Hong Kong – India route to benefit from the increases will be Hong Kong to Bombay. This flight route will increase from 5 weekly flights to ten.

Cathay Pacific also plans to operate four flights per week to Chennai from May 1st, while its subsidiary Dragonair will start a daily flight from Hong Kong to Bangalore. Last December, Hong Kong signed an agreement with India to double the number of flights from Hong Kong to Delhi and Bombay.
