US Airways meet performance targets

US Airways have been trying to send the signal out that their operations are improving. They certainly did this on the thanksgiving weekend with all time performance targets were met during the thanksgiving weekend rush.
US Airways based in Tempe, boasted that between the Wednesday and Sunday when they were at their busiest over Thanksgiving, 86.6 percent of their flights arrived within 14 minutes of there scheduled time of arrival.
This has been the best time keeping in any of the Wednesday to Sunday period since the merger of American West and US Airways two years ago.
It was also noted that US Airways successfully completed 99.6 percent of there scheduled flights and less than expected lost luggage. US Airways operate flights to Charlotte, Philadelphia,, Las vegas, and Phoenix, all of which are its major hubs on the West and East Coast.
