Qatar Airways gets former Qantas executive

Based in Australia, Brett McDougall is the former executive of Australian airlines Qantas. He will now be relocating from Australia to the London offices of Qatar Airlines where he has been appointed to Regional manager of south and west Europe.
He formerly spent 25 years with Qantas where he headed the sales development team. Qantas have made this move after its decision to further expand from the UK and the start of flights to Abu Dhabi from Stockholm late November.
Qatars commercial general manager, Ali Al Rais has said that Europe is an important strategic hub for Qatar Airways and I am confident that Brett will drive business for the airline in this highly competitive market.
