Liverpool airport seems to be getting better at supplying more passengers on less planes

New figures at John Lennon Airport seem to suggest that airlines are getting better at filling seats on aircrafts. Although the number of passengers going to John Lennon Airport has increased the amount of flights has not.
Compared to the first six months of 2006 the Civil Aviation Authority’s latest figures show that the number of flights departing out of John Lennon Airport is down 6.5 percent without losing any passengers.
The number of passenger travelling through John Lennon Airport Liverpool is up 10.5 percent compared with January to October time period in 2006.
This year looks set to be the first year that Liverpool John Lennon Airport will break through the 6 million passengers that have travelled through it.
