From 1st December 2007 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will be adding more of a variety of wines to their wine list in their business class seats. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has broaden its assortments of wines with varieties originating from the Netherlands or wines that have been produced by wine makers from abroad.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have also hired renowned chef Pascal Jalhaij to produce dishes for its world business class customers.
It seems that KLM Royal Dutch Airlines are trying to use their local trade to produce their wine and first class food for their business class flights to Dallas, Panama City, Detroit and other transatlantic routes.
There are known to be more than two hundred Dutch winemakers in the world, most of which have vineyards in their own country which are very successful and get great reviews. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines seem to be going for the Dutch Touch.
