First Boeing 777-300ER is being taken delivery of by Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways has taken delivery of the very first Boeing 777-300ER today at its base in Kuala Lumpur. The delivery of the Boeing 777-300ER, extended range has come to Qatar Airways as part of Qatar’s aggressive expansion to ensure they keep up with the changing trends which take them into the next decade.
Qatar Airways have said in a statement that this delivery of the Boeing 777-300ER has arrived at Doha international airport after its flight from Seattle carrying Qatar airline management, senior Boeing executives and some of the Media from the US.
Akbar Al Baker the chief executive officer for Qatar Airways has said that the delivery of the Boeing 777-300ER is the first from a very long and fruitful relationship between Qatar and Boeing.
