Canberra terminal gets an upgrade from Qantas

Qantas terminal at Canberra airport is having a $10 million facelift.The terminal will be getting an upgrade in check-in facilities which will include an extra lane for security, more space for busy peak periods and more space to deal with additional baggage capacity and also an additional aerobridge.
The Qantas club lounge at Canberra airport is also having a redesign, which is going to offer more of a spacious layout with private seating areas, work suites with complimentary wireless internet and shower facilities and an area for socialising with enhanced food and business services.
These upgrades are due to start in February and is planned to cause little disruption as possible.This upgrade decision has come from Qantas as Canberra airport has slowly over the years been upgrading their airport to include a retail precinct and office blocks.
