British Airways announce new summer 2008 short haul routes

British Airways have announced the launch of new flights to more short haul destinations from the three main London airports, which include Heathrow, Gatwick and London city.
British Airways will start its new flight schedule in March 2008 with flights from Heathrow to Malaga and Gatwick to Alicante, faro, Gibraltar, Ibiza, Malaga, Palma and Tunis.

British Airways city flights flown by BA Cityflyer are also planning new flight services from London City airport to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Nice and Warsaw which will be launched also next summer.

British Airways have followed many other airlines in offering low airline fares to the Mediterranean hotspots and hopefully will be popular new competition in this part of the aviation industry.
