United Airlines at the bottom of the on-time data list

Among the 20 largest U.S airlines United Airlines came bottom of the list for on-time data in November. United Airlines had the lowest on-time arrivals records in November 2007. According to the U.S Department of Transportation American Airlines came 19th on the list with 75.6% of planes that arrived at their destination on time and United Airlines followed with 75.5% on time.
Passengers who flew with United Airlines from their base at O’Hare International Airport were 74% on time for their flights and flight in and out of Midway International Airport had an on-time rate of 84%.
A United spokeswoman said of the airline’s November on-time performance: "Our performance is not what we would like. We recognize we need to make improvements for our customers."
