Qatar catch more loyal first and business class customers

There is fierce competition for airlines to retain the loyalty of profitable first and business class customers. Qatar airlines hired Trident loyalty systems to help them gain more loyal first and business class customers who will return to their flight services.
Their scheme includes an option for first and business class customer to enrol into a privilege club. When customers enrol onto the new privilege club they will be given a personal card immediately after enrolling.
Qatar Airways have recognised that they need to work at keeping first and business class customers happy because they generate more profit than premium cabin passengers.
