Etihad is said to be blasé about passengers privacy and security

The Emirates government airline ‘Etihad Airways’ has been said to be in violation of the privacy standards which requires them to ensure the security of their passengers.
The airline has to take passengers medical records due to the destinations in which they travel to, but then it has been discovered that Etihad Airways have been forwarding these sensitive details by insecure email without solicitation.
Many passengers are now being advised to make their flight bookings with several airlines who are known to have secure websites where you are safe to make your booking. The vulnerability occurs after the transaction occurs and the customers are sent confirmation of their flight via an insecure open email, an option which you are unable to opt out of.
