Etihad Airways are always looking into more ways to offer a better service to its customers.
One way they are doing this is by adding more flights to Asia where currently Emirates holds a large stake in the market. To offer more choice in flights to Asia, for example Etihad Airways will be increasing the frequency on flights to some of their newest destinations including Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
Since creating the increase in flight options to these destinations, the sales managers have said customers who would normally fly with Emirates have been wowed by the service provided for by Etihad and have now switched Airline companies that they usually fly with.
Etihads KL based sales manager; Kathleen Leong explained Load factors from Kuala Lumpur to Abu Dhabi currently range from 70% to 80%, with business class always running at full capacity. I have already increased fares twice this year since the January 16 launch] because the demand is so strong."
