Virgin Atlantic striving to be a better airline

Virgin Atlantic work hard at their customer care but know that there are always improvements to be made when it comes to being the best airline.  To help them get the customers perspective on the airline Virgin Atlantic have launched a new online industry airline and trying to encourage their online customers and travel agent partners to fill the questionnaire out to help them see how each customer/partner views their airline.  In return for the customer filling out the survey the will be entered into a prize draw with a chance of winning a ticket to Hong Kong.

The survey is planned to take just 10 minutes to complete.  The survey asks simple questions about Virgin Atlantic services, such as is there any service that they need more information on and if they know the difference between Virgin Atlantics Premium economy seats and economy seats. The winner of the prize draw will win the Virgin Atlantic flights to Hong Kong and ten lucky runner ups will win double movie passes to Hoyts.
