Mr Bill Sullivan, an 82-year-old man who fought in World War II and the Korean War has been kicked off a US Airways flight for carrying an oxygen tank and now he wants an apology.

Mr Sullivan was booted from the flight because he didn't have a doctor's note for his oxygen tank.

"I was never so rattled and upset and embarrassed in my life," recalled passenger Bill Sullivan.

Bill Sullivan says has said that the whole experience has made him not to ever want to fly again.

"I boarded the plan and a fellow stopped me and asked me if I had a doctor's permit that said I needed oxygen to take off and land," said Sullivan.

“I said no I didn't, so he looked at me for a while and said go ahead and have a seat."

But a few minutes later, he was asked to leave. US Airways say that was the pilot's choice.
